Last week we introduced the new membership platform. Unfortunately the platform had some minor errors, but now everything should be in order.

Now it is time to get your ticket for the 2nd ski trip of the semester, Friday 26th of February.

The Student union invites students and general public to a charity concert to support the victims of the Haiti disaster.

On Thursday this week, we give you the opportunity to go skiing for a hole day in slopes not that far away.

Are you ready for even more snow and coldness? Tickets to this semesters trip to Kiruna will be released on Wednesday 8 am. Usually the tickets sell out the first morning, so be there on time!

The spring semester is finally here. A new year with new opportunities and challenges. The Student union board and staff wishes all you newcomers welcome and others students a nice and fulfilling giving spring.

It will soon be Christmas! The student union offices will take some days of vacation to recharge the batteries over the coming weeks.

This Monday Jönköping University will decide whether or not to build a house of health promotion on campus, known as Aktiveum. You, the students, are represented via the Student union in the decision-making but if you support the initiative, it is important to make yourself heard. Come to Studenternas Hus at nine o’clock Monday morning to participate in the march!

Even if we don’t want to realize it, the semester is soon over. Take the chance to really say goodbye to your friends at the Goodbye dinner.

This year’s publication is now for pre-order in Studentservice. For only 150 SEK you will get a book full of memories and stories about your time in Jönköping.

During the last week a lot of students received the yellow ”Studentkortet” in their mailboxes. The Student union want to enlighten the difference between the two cards.

Almost every day is an International Day in Jönköping. But on this day you will be able to get a taste of the whole world at once.

After last week’s success we decided to keep the Student Union café open until 8 pm three days a week until the end of the year.

What is SIFE, Radio K and SIAJ all about? What does JUFSA actually mean? During this week, the associations will have activities for all students.

During next week Books & Coffee will be open on evenings as a trial. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday you have the opportunity to enjoy a good cup of coffee while you are studying. (Until 8 pm.)

The cozy fall finally arrived and the IA will take you to a lot of activities. There is still a few tickets left to the Halloween Get-a-way, so buy a ticket and prepare for an unforgettable night!

On the 13th of October the Student union and the Student health care arranges a Health day. Mingle with companies from the health care businesses in Jönköping, watch performances and live band and get a lot of student offers.

The student union arranges the event ”Studentmotionen” for the first time! Participate by either walking around lake Munksjön or aim for the big price by running.

The student union council holds its first meeting for the fall on the 8th of October. The meeting begins at 5 pm and will be held in HC116 at School of Education and Communication.
